Get outcome timeseries

Retrieve YES price, NO price, and trading-volume points for one outcome and period. The period defaults to all time.

Chart period. Defaults to all_time when omitted.

Allowed values:

Inclusive lower bound. Do not send period when this or end_time is set.

Inclusive upper bound. Clamped to the chart as_of. Do not send period when this or start_time is set.
